  • The Busy Box is a monthly children’s craft subscription box designed for kids aged 1–6. Each box includes four themed activities, eco-friendly materials, step-by-step instructions, a herbal tea for the grown-up, and access to an ongoing story adventure — Boxy’s Sticker Quest.

  • We offer two age-specific plans:

    • Little Explorer (ages 1–3)

    • Curious Creator (ages 3–6)
      Each version is tailored to suit developmental stages, motor skills, and learning styles — with activities designed to support creativity and hands-on fun.

  • The Busy Box is a monthly rolling subscription charged at £19.99 per month, including free UK delivery.

    • You’ll be billed the day you sign up, and then on the same date each month.

    • You can cancel anytime through your account or by emailing us at admin@thebusybox.co.uk.

    • Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • We don’t offer partial refunds once a renewal has processed. If you'd like to cancel, just make sure it’s at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • The Busy Box is currently available as a monthly subscription only — but you can cancel anytime, no commitment. Each month brings new activities and a new chapter of the adventure!

  • Our subscription costs £19.99 per month (Sibling Boxes are £35.99 per month), with free UK delivery. You can pause or cancel anytime through your account — no hassle, no hidden fees.

  • Yes! Every box comes with all the craft materials you’ll need (even the glue). We use sustainable, eco-conscious packaging and minimise plastic wherever possible.

  • We’re committed to being kind to the planet. Our boxes use recycled and recyclable materials, minimal plastic, and reusable components whenever we can. We’re always working to improve.

  • We aim to ship all boxes within 5 working days of your first order or monthly renewal.

    • If you order on or after the 25th of the month, you’ll receive the following month’s box (to ensure timely and relevant delivery).

    • Boxes are shipped via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service.

  • Yes! You can sign up with the recipient’s name and address — and even include a personalised message. It’s a lovely surprise for birthdays, new parents, or just-because days.

  • We aim to make our boxes inclusive and adaptable. If your child has additional needs, feel free to contact us at admin@thebusybox.co.uk and we’ll help however we can.

  • If your box hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please email us at admin@thebusybox.co.uk and we’ll make it right.

  • Due to the personalised, child-focused nature of our products, we don’t accept returns on opened or used boxes.
    However, if your box is damaged or missing, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion — just contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Absolutely — all materials are carefully selected to be safe and age-appropriate.
    However, adult supervision is always required, especially with small parts or tools. Not suitable for children under 36 months without supervision.

  • You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard — no awkward emails or calls. If you need help, just drop us a message and we’ll sort it.

  • Each party bag includes 1 age-appropriate craft activity, plus all the materials needed, easy instructions, a surprise handmade gift from Boxy, and a personalised sticker with your child’s name and birthday message.

  • The activities are carefully designed for children aged 1 to 6 and are great for mixed-age groups. They’re low-mess, fun, and simple enough for little ones to enjoy with minimal grown-up help.

  • Absolutely! Every bag includes a personalised sticker on the front. Most people choose something like “Amelia’s 4th Birthday!”, but you can write whatever you'd like – just fill in the details at checkout.

  • We ask for at least 10 working days’ notice before your event to prepare and personalise everything. If you're unsure, feel free to message us before ordering!

  • The minimum order is 5 bags, and you can order up to 50 bags directly through the website. Need more than 50? Just get in touch and we’ll happily arrange it for you!

  • Yes – UK delivery is completely free on all party bag orders!
