How do gift subscriptions work?

You can subscribe using the recipient’s name and address. If you would like a message included, contact us after ordering and we will try to add one.

Can I buy a one-off box instead?

Boxes are currently available by subscription only. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

How do I update my delivery address?

Delivery details can be updated through your account before the monthly cut-off. If you are close to dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.

Can I skip a month without cancelling?

Yes, subscriptions can be paused for as long as needed without cancelling. Just contact us and we will arrange this for you.

How do I change my child’s age band?

You can switch age bands so future boxes better suit your child’s stage. If you need help, contact us and we will update it for you.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, it is retried twice automatically. If the third attempt fails, the subscription is cancelled, and any successful payment still receives the box linked to the original billing date.

Are shipping costs included in the price?

Yes, UK delivery is included in the subscription price.

Do you offer sibling or multipack discounts?

Yes, we offer a sibling box option to reduce the cost for families with more than one child.

Can I use discount codes on subscriptions?

Discount codes may be used depending on the promotion terms. Some codes may be limited to specific plans or new customers.

Is there a referral scheme for friends?

Referral offers may run from time to time. Any active scheme will be clearly advertised on the website or our social channels.

Do prices change as my child gets older?

Prices do not change automatically as your child ages. The only change would be if you move from a single-child box to a sibling box.

What comes in a typical monthly box?

Each box includes four themed, screen-free activities, printed instructions, child development insights, a sticker sheet, and access to the latest Boxy’s Sticker Quest chapter.

How long do activities usually take?

Most activities take around 10 to 30 minutes. Many can be extended or revisited through imaginative play.

Are instructions suitable for non-crafty grown ups?

Yes, instructions are simple, clear, and designed to be easy to follow with minimal preparation.

Can activities be reused or replayed?

Many activities create keepsakes or toys that can be played with again. Some tools and materials can also be reused for future crafts.

Are there mess-free or low-prep options?

Activities are designed to be low-prep with minimal mess. Any mess is easy to manage with basic household protection.

Are the materials eco-friendly and recyclable?

We prioritise recyclable packaging, reusable components, and eco-conscious materials wherever possible.

Are any activities unsuitable for certain allergies?

Some activities may include materials such as wood, paper, felt, or adhesives. If your child has allergies, please contact us before ordering.

What safety testing do products go through?

Materials are carefully selected to be age-appropriate and sourced from reputable suppliers. Adult supervision is always required.

Do you include small parts for under 3s?

If small parts are included, they are sealed in a clearly labelled bag and should only be used with close adult supervision.

How do you minimise plastic in your boxes?

We minimise plastic use and prioritise paper-based, recyclable, or reusable packaging wherever practical.

When will my first box be dispatched?

Boxes are dispatched within 5 working days, usually within 48 hours. Orders placed before the 25th receive that month’s theme.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently, delivery is available to UK addresses only.

Can I add a gift note or message?

Gift messages are included with party bag orders. For subscriptions or gifts, contact us after ordering and we will try to include a message.

How much notice do party bag orders need?

We recommend at least 10 working days’ notice to allow time for preparation and delivery.

What is the minimum and maximum party bag order size?

Party bag orders have a minimum of 5 bags and a maximum of 50 bags per order.
